Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds & Replacements
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on our website:

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after approval.
Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal at delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
