Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.  
If there is a delay in shipment due to high order volume or product restocking, we will notify you promptly by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) within the continental United States

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) available at checkout

  • Free Economy Shipping (4-7 business days) on U.S. orders over $30

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.


International Shipping

Peptide Labz ships to select international destinations across the globe.
If we currently sell and ship to your country, it will automatically appear as an available option at checkout.

All international shipping rates, taxes, and duties are calculated in real-time at checkout through our trusted third-party global shipping partner. These charges are collected upfront to ensure a smooth, transparent delivery process.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to all international locations at this time.

  • Delivery times and carrier options may vary by country.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and local import regulations are accurate prior to purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours.


Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  2. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.

  3. Contact the carrier directly for more information.

If you still cannot locate your package, please email Admin@peptidelabz.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist with a resolution.


Damaged or Missing Items

If any item arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.


Lost or Returned Packages

Orders returned to Peptide Labz due to incorrect address information or refusal at delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
